Auctioneer’s Report (Will Alexander): The Summer Calf Show has seen bigger entries, but some lovely calves forward across all classes. Thanks go to Paul Drinkall for his time judging, he placed Duncan & Emma Robinson’s 1st place Blue Heifer as Champion over Alec & Ted Lambert’s 1st place Blue Bull which stood Reserve. These later went on to realise £425 & £390 respectively. Duncan topped the blue heifers at £455 whilst Will Robinson topped the days sale with his best Blue Bull at £465. Best calves continue to hold their own, whilst the mediums and smalls seemed harder to place on the week.
