Auctioneer’s Report (Will Alexander): A smaller show ahead of the Wynnstay Show in a fortnight. Still plenty of buyer interest ringside, John & Edward Fox heading up the prices with their 9day fresh 27litre heifer at £2320, heading to Ted & Alex Walton. Neighbour Andrew Dawson, at £2200, whilst James Bainbridge and Dave Barton both realised £2180. Cows to £2000 for Dave Barton’s second calver, whilst a third calver from Ray Parker realised £1920.
