Auctioneer’s Report (Will Alexander): A nice show of 30 dairy, the better end very good to sell, a pair from Dave Barton, Lupton Hall at £2300 & £2200, with John Fox at £2200 as well as Colin Birkett. Others over £2000 from David Knowles at £2150 & £2100, whilst Richard Robinson, Hoggetts topped at £2000. Others often in the £1900s with the waring types £1450-£1600. Cows to a high of £2150 from Thomas Whitfield, with a 2nd calver from George Whitwell at £2000.
